My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pricing was reasonable. However, the staff could be more hospitable, especially at the front desk. The location was convenient for families but lacked facilities for couples, and the dining options were average.

The hotel offers a range of amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath facilities, along with room service. However, some services like car hire and laundry may feel a bit clumsy. The rooms are spacious and include a dining table, kitchen, and bathroom with all necessary amenities, but the lack of a view from my room was a downside.

The hotel offers everything you need in the rooms at no additional cost, but they lack soundproofing. The service is welcoming and accommodating, with helpful staff and daily cleaning. The location is ideal for Al Mamzar beach but a bit distant from main tourist attractions. The dining experience could be improved, and the facilities are satisfactory.

The hotel offers spacious and family-friendly rooms with all the facilities for a home away from home experience; however, the rooms were not checked before we checked in. The service, especially from Mr Dawood, was excellent and they also explained well how we can enjoy the kitchen in the hotel apartment. The location is amazing with various restaurant options nearby, yet it is a bit far from the center of Dubai. The dining could improve with a bigger selection of fruit. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel is well located very close to Al Ahli Stadium metro station. The rooms, at no additional cost than the one I saw when reserving on Booking, were more spacious than expected and really clean. The staff, particularly Ahmed Noor, the receptionist during the night shift, is the most helpful hotel staff ever encountered.
